SKWPersonalPictureScreenSaver is a simple screen saver that displays your personal images/pictures on your PC as a screen saver. The images are displayed for approximately ten seconds at a time, looping through all, continuously.

Instructions

Just download and run the package (it is a self-extracting zipped exe). It will uncompress and run the setup.exe to install itself. Just follow through with the installation.

Once complete, set your PC's screensaver to "Skwpersonalpicturescreensaver". 
Do this by right-clicking your PC's DeskTop and choosing Properties --> Screen Saver, and selecting "Skwpersonalpicturescreensaver" from the drop down box. Click OK.

Now, put your desired jpg pictures in the "c:\Program Files\SKWPersonalPictureScreenSaver" folder (all jpg images in the folder will be displayed in the screensaver).
